Abstract Huai 04-14 is a new Sizitou type Chinese cabbage F1 hybrid developed by crossing cytoplasmic-nuclear sterile line Sizitou S with self-incompatible line Tai1.It can be harvested in 70 days after sowing.The plant is 37 cm in height.It has pale yellow leaves and white petiole with less fibre.Average head weight is about 2.1 kg.It is not suitable for storage.Its net yield is about 72-87 t·hm-2.
