Abstract: The application of 3 % Zhongshengmycin WP to prevent tomato bacterial wilt was performed for bacteria-restrained in lab and field test of the control effect.The results indicated,the medicament have obvious effect on tomato bacterial wilt for EC₅₀ of 0.22 mg·L^-1.30 days after the third time pesticide application,3 % Zhongshengmycin WP of 600 times solution had achieved extremely significantly effect compared with the check chemicals with control effect came to 83.27 %.The investigation results for yield showed,the yield of 3 % Zhongshengmycin WP of 600 times solution increased 22.575 t·hm^-2 compared with the CK,and the rate of yield-guaranteed reached 89.85 %.

摘要： 通过3 %中生菌素可湿性粉剂（WP）防治番茄青枯病的室内抑菌和田间药效试验发现，该药剂对番茄青枯病具有良好效果，EC₅₀为0.22 mg·L-1,第3次施药后30 d，3 %中生菌素WP 600倍液的防效为83.27 %,与对照药剂72 %硫酸链霉素可溶性粉剂（SP）1 000倍液、77 %可杀得WP 600 倍液差异达极显著水平。产量调查结果显示，3 %中生菌素WP 600倍液产量比清水对照增加1 505.0 kg·（667 m²）^-1,保产率达89.85 %。
