Abstract:The seeds of 5 vegetable varieties were treated under different temperatures for 8 hours,so as to find out the safe temperatures for of dry-heating different vegetable seeds.The results indicate that 70 ℃ is the safe temperature for all treated groups,and 80 ℃ is the safe temperature for sweet pepper(Capsicum annuum L.)seed‘Zhongjiao No.7’,cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)seed‘Zhongnong No.14’,and celery(Apium graveolens L.)seed‘Vetula’.
