Abstract:Nineteen plants from the backcross progeny BC4A3d derived from backcrossing radish additional line with tai-tsai were analyzed by using fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)technology with radish genomic probe pURsN to detect the exogenous radish chromosome in the backcross individuals,so as to confirm the added radish chromosome in the backcross progenies.The results showed that except BC4A3d-45 had no additional exogenous radish chromosome,other 18 plants of the backcross progeny were added an alien radish chromosome.This result is consistent with that of the previous molecular marker identification.
