‘Longjiao No.9’is a new pepper F1 Hybrid developed by crossing inbred line‘ 2009A27’as
female parent and inbred line‘2009A15’as male parent. It is of early maturity. Its fruit is of goat-horn shape with
green and wrinkle peel. The fruit is 28 cm in length，3.5 cm in width，and 0.3 cm in flesh thickness. The single
fruit weight is 69 g . Its fruit tastes spicy and has good commercial quality. It is resistant to Phytophthora blight. It
can yield 67.5 t·hm-2. It is suitable for cultivation in protected and open fields in northwest China.
