Abstract:In recent years, low temperature in winter has caused severe loss for pea production.Comparing the whole genome resequencing data from 16 extremely freezing-tolerant pea genotypes and 14 extremely cold-sensitive pea genotypes was compared with the reference genome to select polymorphic SNPs.Based on the clean data of SNPs,phylogenetic tree construction, principal component analysis (PCA),linkage disequilibrium analysis(LD)and selective sweeping analysis were carried out for all involved genotypes.According to the results of selective sweeping analysis, population diversity(θπ),heterozygous rate(Hp)and population differentiation(Fst)were summarized. The top 5% candidate regions of the intersection results were screened, and obtained 34 candidate genes related to freezingtolerant pea. Results of this study has provided theoretical support for selection and breading of freezingtolerant pea,and also for cultivation pattern of“winter pea northward shifting”.
