Abstract:Fasciclin-like arabinogalactan proteins(FLAs)is widely present in plants and plays a crucial role in various stages of plant growth and development. In order to fully understand the members of pepper FLA gene family, this paper analyzed the physical and chemical properties, subcellular location, phylogenetic tree, chromosome location, gene structure, conservative motifs and cis-acting elements, etc. of CaFLAs by bioinformatics analysis method. The results showed that 25 members of pepper FLA gene family were identified in pepper genome data, being unevenly distributed on 9 chromosomes and divided into 3
subfamilies.Proteins of most CaFLA gene family members encode were mainly acidic, and located on cell membrane. The members of this family contain multihormonal response, adversity stress response, photoresponse, etc. and cis-acting elements related to plant growth and development.
