Abstract：The main factors of soil and environment of solar greenhouse and development of tomato were investigated with straw, mushroom residue and fresh chicken manure. The results showed that a higher CO_2 concentration of the greenhouse air was maintained during the stage of tomato growth. The number of microorganism and the content of nutrient in soil was improved obviously. The growth and yield of tomato increased while the quality of fruit was improved no-significantly.
