Abstract:he content and distribution of protein, VC, dissoluble-sugar in eggplant fruit were studied with Tuolubamu as stocks and Xi’anluqie as cion. The results showed that the content of protein, VC and water in the fruits with grafting were more than that of control, except dissoluble-sugar. The distribution of main nutrients in the part of fruit didn’t change.
