Abstract：Jinyou No.12 is a new cucumber F_1 hybrid of excellent inbred lines Q12 and F51. The fruit is crisp and sweet with white spine. The fruit shape is straight bar, 35 cm long and average fruit weight is about 200 g. Its total yield is 63.0 t·hm~-2 in protected cultivation in autumn and 82.5 t·hm~-2 in open field in spring.
