Abstract：Jiangshu No.5 is a new sweet-pepper F_1 hybrid developed by crossing CMS line 8A with restorer line 5-2R. It has mid-early-maturity with good quality and good marketable characters,and is tolerant to TMV and Anthracnose.It is suitable for protected cultivation in spring. It yields 34.3 t·hm -2.
