Abstract：Zizania aqutica L. is called wild water bamboo root, belongs to Gramineae. Its root is fibrous system. Its stalk consists of upper ground part and under ground part. The leaf consists of sheath and blade. It has cone shaped anthotaxy. It develops new buds and roots in spring. The growth rate accelerates with temperature increasing. Its tasseling,blossoming and fruiting appear in summer and autumn. The stalk are propagation organs. It grows well from 10 ℃ to 28 ℃.The cultivation field should be covered ...
