Abstract:The report studied the effects of IOA and R-6G on mitochondria inactivation of cotyledon protoplast of non-heading Chinese cabbage 91 HQiu -21 (Aijiaohuang). The results were as follows:0.5mmol·L -1 IOA could reduce the plating efficiency from 15.0% to 6.6% at 25℃ for 20min.
