Abstract：Zhongshu No.5 is a new Chinese Cabbage F 1 hybrid developed by crossing self incompatible line 235 85 with self incompatible line H 1 3 1. It is high resistant to downy mildew,soft rot,black blotch,and virus. Its yield is 10% higher than that of control. Now Zhong Shu No.5 is widely cultivated in Fujian Province and othe region in south China.
