大白菜黑斑病抗性遗传规律

摘要: 采用2 个抗病品系和2 个感病品系作为试材,并配制杂交组合,采用真叶期人工接种病菌鉴定F1 、F2 、B1C1 、B1C2 杂种抗性的方法,研究了大白菜对黑斑病的抗性遗传规律。结果表明,大白菜对黑斑病的抗性为显性遗传,并受单个显性基因控制。

Abstract: Two black spot resistant lines and two lines susceptible of Chinese cabbage were used as main materials to make populations of F 1,F 2,B 1C 1 and B 1C 2,and resistance identification in these populations by artificial inoculating black spot ( Alternaria brassicae ) was conducted to explore the inheritance regularity in Chinese cabbage. The results showed that the resistance is dominant inheritance and is controlled by a single dominant gene.
