摘要: 利用转基因技术将乙烯形成酶(EFE)反义基因导入到番茄中获得耐贮藏番茄系统D2,再结合杂种优势育种方法用A53与其杂交配组育成杂种一代华番1号。该品种在常温条件(13~30℃)下可贮藏45d(天)左右,产量与当地主栽品种早丰相当,且品质好,适应性广。

Abstract: BIOSCIEN,a transgenic cultivar of tomato was newly bred and released. This hybrid was a cross with a transgenic line (D2) with an antisense ethylene forming enzyme (EFE) cDNA clone and an inbred line (A53) of a common tomato cultivar. The hybrid tomato has characteristics of the fruit ripening delayed,high yield,good adaptability and high quality compared with that of the controls in the trials of different years and regions.
