低温冷冻真空干燥对小白菜种子常温多年贮存的效应

摘要: 低温冷冻真空干燥处理五月慢油菜(小白菜)种子1或2d(天)后,种子含水量可降到2.9%或1.9%,在20℃温度下密封贮存94个月后,种子发芽率仍能维持在98%以上的贮初水平,冷干2d(天)的处理比冷干1d(天)的处理效果好。同时实验结果还表明经低温冷冻真空干燥处理后,种子的生活力和种子活力都比对照(4%含水量)的贮藏效果好

Abstract: This inverstigation aimed to determine whether Freeze dried storage improves the longevity of Chinese cabbage ( Brassica rapa ssp. Chinensis ) seed. By using Freeze drier to treat seed for 1 day and 2 days,the seed water content was 2.9% and 1.9%,respectively. After stored at 20℃ for 94 months,ssed germination remains as high as initial level. The effect of treat 2 is better than treat 1,the treat of Freeze dried is better than CK(4% Wc%).
