Abstract:This inverstigation aimed to determine whether Freeze dried storage improves the longevity of Chinese cabbage ( Brassica rapa ssp. Chinensis ) seed. By using Freeze drier to treat seed for 1 day and 2 days,the seed water content was 2.9% and 1.9%,respectively. After stored at 20℃ for 94 months,ssed germination remains as high as initial level. The effect of treat 2 is better than treat 1,the treat of Freeze dried is better than CK(4% Wc%).
