Abstract：This experiment investigated rootknot nematodes on tomato in Heilongjiang province in 1997-1998. Nematodes happened seriously only in greenhouse in Daqing. Morphological identification showed that this nematode was Meloidogyne incognita. The identifying technique of tomatos seedling resistance to rootknot nematode is that 30 days seedling inoculated 5 000 individuals per plant in 10 cm deep.
