Abstract：Flower organs of Pol cms nonheading Chinese cabbage became smaller with the increase of sterility. Stamen length and the ratio of the length of stamen to pistil length showed significant negative correlation with sterility. Most of the temperatureinduced pollens were viable. Highly male sterile plants produced low pollen quantity,low percentage of viable pollen,delay of pollen,release or without pollen release.
