Abstract:Xiangganjiao No.1 (Xiangjiao No.3) is F 1 hybrid variety for drying bred in Hunan by crossing a inbred line from AVRDC and a local drying variety. This new variety has mid late maturity,sheep angle fruits and good tolerance to drought,heat and diseases. Its plants grow vigorously. It took 70 days from planting to the first harvest. Average yield of drying fruits was 5250kg·hm -2 ,which was significantly higher than that of huangjiao No.1.
