Abstract：The changes of nuclear acid,protein,chlorophyll in hypocotyl of tomato after seeds treated under different temperature (20,25,30,35℃). It is found that the contents of nuclear acid and protein under 25℃ was higher than that of other treatments,and the content of chlorophyll increased with growth of seedlings.
