Abstract：Kidney bean 83B is a posterity of the natural variation of kidney bean 79-6-2 through five-year and eight-generation systematic selection. It has characteristics of early maturity,high and stable yield,good quality. The yield of this variety is 37.5～60.0t/ha. It is well suitable for open field growth in spring or autumn and protected fields in early spring or late autumn.
