Abstract:Tomato yellow leaf curl virus(TYLCV)was first occurred in Beijing in 2009 and induced severe damage to tomato production.To predict and control this disease in Beijing,detection of whitefly transmitted geminiviruses in tomato seedlings was carried out.During February to March of 2010,tomato seedlings were collected in greenhouses from counties of Shunyi,Daxing,Tongzhou and Pinggu in Beijing.Altogether 645 seedling samples were collected and 226 seedling samples were positive in detection,which showed that 3...
