Abstract：‘Dongnong 807’is a new cucumber F1 hybrid bred by using heterosis breeding. The female parent D0401 was gynoecious inbred line, while the male parent D0327-4 was steady and high inbred line. It grows vigorously. Its leaf is dark green and the vine is stoutness. It bears fruits mainly in main stem with high fruit-setting rate and low branching rate. The first fruit starts at the 5th-6th node, and then every node has fruits. It is high resistant to Fusarium wilt and bacterial augular leaf spot disease, resistant to downy mildew and powdery mildew. The fruit is 18-20 cm in length, 3 cm in diameter, and 140-160 g in weight. Its fruit has high marketable quality with tender, crisp texture and sweetish flavors and the standard fruit rate is above 90 %. The fruit is dark green in color, lustrous with little tumor. The length of fruit cavity is below 1/2 smaller than that of fruit diameter. It can yield 67.5-84.0 t•hm-2.
