甜瓜内在品质无损检测方法研究进展

摘要: 甜瓜内在品质的主要指标有可溶性固形物含量、硬度、空心和成熟度等,内在品质的无损检测对甜瓜的生产及流通有着重要意义。本文综述了利用声学、电磁和近红外光谱技术等3种无损检测方法的原理、优缺点和研究进展,并指出了今后的研究方向。

Abstract: The internal quality of melon(Cucumis melo L.)determines its marketability, so nondestructive testing method for its internal quality is of great importance in production and circulation. Three nondestructive testing methods including acoustics technology, electrical and magnetic technology, and near infrared spectroscopy to assess melon quality are reviewed. Their principles, advanteges, shortcomins and research progress made on them are also expounded in this paper. Future research orientations are pointed out before ending.
