Abstract:On purpose of comparing the effect of preventing and controlling potato late blight(Phytophthora infestans)by spraying acidic electrolyzed water(AEW)in the field,different types of water(AEW and tap water with removing chloride ions)were used in this study.The results showed:when the pesticide concentration was equal to 1/3 of the normal consumption,the disease index of potato late blight in the treatment with AEW as solvent is significantly lower than that in the treatment with removed chloride ions of tap water as solvent;comparing with the treatments of tap water with removing chloride ions,AEW could significantly reduce the disease index of potato late blight when AEW or tap water with removing chloride ions was sprayed once 7 days without pesticide.
