摘要:

抗坏血酸是重要的抗氧化剂, 对植物生长发育具有调控作用。本文对番茄中抗坏血酸合成代谢的主要途径、抗坏血酸合成代谢相关酶及基因、番茄抗坏血酸合成代谢的调控等方面进行了简要综述,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望

Abstract:

Ascorbic acid is an important antioxidant synthesized in plant. It has an important role in plant growth and development. Biosynthesis and metabolism of ascorbic acid is summarized and its metabolism regulation in tomato is emphasized in this paper. The future research direction about ascorbic acid metabolism is also prospected.
