Control Effect of Compound Streptomyces rochei with Fosthiazate on Meloidogyne incognita

Abstract：In order to provide better control measures for Meloidogyne incognita，reduce the dosage
of chemical pesticides，enhance the stability of biological control，and delay the generation of Meloidogyne
incognita resistance to thiazole phosphine，this study took M. incognita second-stage juveniles（J2s）as target
and determined the nematicidal activity of Streptomyces rochei ZZ-9 fermentation filtrate mixed with Fosthiazate
by different proportions．The results showed that both Streptomyces rochei bacteria liquid and fermentation
filtrate had certain nematicidal activity．Streptomyces rochei ZZ-9 fermentation filtrate could significantly
strengthen the nematicidal effect of Fosthiazate．When the fermentation filtrate was mixed with Fosthiazate
solution（1.0 μg · mL-1）in constant volume complex，48 hours after of treatment，J2s corrected mortality
was 72.64%，the nematicidal effect of Fosthiazate solution could be achieved．
