摘要: 萝卜是我国重要的蔬菜作物,富含花青素的萝卜品种色泽鲜艳,营养价值高。萝卜花青素种类多,遗传复杂,虽然在种类鉴定和提取方面取得了较多进展,但在基因功能验证和表达调控方面的研究远远落后于模式作物。本文总结了近年来国内外研究者在萝卜花青素种类的鉴定,结构基因及转录因子的挖掘,影响萝卜花青素合成的因素及花青素提取方面取得的进展,以期为萝卜花青素相关研究提供参考。

Abstract: Radish is an important vegetable crop in China.The radish cultivars with rich anthocyanin have bright color and high nutritive value.There are many kinds of anthocyanin in radish and their heredity is complex.Although more progress has been made in its species identification and anthocyanin extraction,studies in gene function identification and expression regulation still lag far behind the model crops.This paper summarized the progress recently made in identification of anthocyanin species in radish,excavation of structural genes and transcription factors,finding of factors affecting anthocyanin biosynthesis in radish,and extraction of anthocyanin from radish,hoping to provide references for correlational studies related to anthocyanin in radish.
