定向槽内温度对山药块茎膨大发育的影响

Effect of Temperature in Directional Trough on Expansion and Development of Chinese Yam Tuber

摘要: 采用定向槽浅生种植方式,通过秸秆覆盖措施,研究定向槽内温度对山药块茎膨大发育的影响。结果表明,山药膨大期定向槽内高温主要由气温和日晒共同作用形成,秸秆覆盖措施降低了定向槽内日均温、日最高温和日温差,块茎畸形率降低,产量提高;秸秆覆盖降温措施主要通过提高块茎膨大加速期和快速膨大期的鲜质量和干质量累积速率,促进山药块茎快速膨大,进而提高山药产量;而且秸秆覆盖降温措施提高了块茎中淀粉、皂苷和多糖含量,提升了山药品质。

Abstract: Taking the supergene planting in directional trough pattern,this paper studied the effect of temperature of directional trough on Chinese yam tuber expansion and development by straw mulching measure.The results showed that the high temperature in directional trough during Chinese yam expansion period was mainly caused by the combined action of air temperature and sunshine.Straw mulching measure had reduced the daily average temperature,daily maximum temperature and daily range of temperature in the directional trough and tuber deformity rate,yet the yield was improved.Straw mulching measure had promoted the yam tuber expansion mainly through improving the accumulation rate of fresh and dry weights during the expansion accelerating period and rapid expansion period of yam tubers.Then,the yield of Chinese yam was increased.Furthermore,straw mulching measure had increased the contents of starch,saponin and polysaccharide in tubers,thus improved the quality of Chinese yam.
