Abstract:Control effects of 96.8% prochloraz(10 mg · L-1)and 99.2% fludioxonil(10 mg · L-1)mixture(2 V∶8 V)on tomato Fusarium wilt and pharmaceutical residues status was studied using pot experiment. The results showed that the length of tomato stem lesion was 0.2 cm,50 days after applying mixture, which was significantly smaller than that by single fludioxonil treatment and the contrast by clear water treatment. The plant height was 32.1 cm,and there was no obvious difference with that of the healthy plants without Fusarium wilt inoculation. The control effect on Fusarium wilt was 71.67%,remarkably superior than that by 2 single treatments. No prochloraz and its final metabolite 2,4,6-Trichlorophenol were detected in the stems and leaf blades. The final residual quantities of fludioxonil were less than 0.06 mg · kg-1 and 0.01 mg · kg-1,respectively.
