Abstract:Taking pakchoi‘Degaosuzhouqing’as a test material,this experiment adopted foliage spray method,and studied the effect of bio-enzyme foliar fertilizer on agronomic characters,pigment content and nutritional quality of pakchoi.The results showed that compared with the contrast spraying pure water,the plant height,divergence,above-ground fresh weight and leaf chlorophyll a,total chlorophyll,total carotenoid,soluble protein,free amino acid,VC and total flavonoid contents in pakchoi sprayed with 50 times thinner enzyme foliar fertilizer diluent were significantly higher,increasing by 9.41%,8.86%,17.06%,6.77%,7.77%,9.41%,70.44%,74.62%,8.05% and 44.58%,respectively.While the lignin content and malondialdehyde content of leaves were significantly lower than those of the contrast.
