Abstract：‘Zhoupilyuyou’is a new pepper F1 hybrid developed by crossing inbred line‘DS12-7’as female parent and‘DS11-109’as male parent．It is of early maturity，and its growth period is about 180 days．The plant is about 60-70 cm in height，55-60 cm in width，with strong fruit bearing ability．Its harvesting period is long．The fruit is of flat-topped screw shaped．Its fruit is about 2.5 cm in diameter，14-15 cm in length and 23-25 g in weight．The surface of fruit has many wrinkles．Its tender fruit is dark green，mature fruit is red with good luster．The average yield is about 33.6 t · hm-2．Its resistance to CMV，TMV，Phytophthora blight and anthracnose in the field are stronger than that of the contrast‘Lunanbaopi’．It is suitable for protected areas，open fields in spring，and delayed planting in autumn in Huang-huai-hai ecological region，Guangdong，Guangxi，and Hubei Province，and autumn planting in Hainan Province．
