Effects of Soil Conditioners on Storage Quality of New Zinc-rich Potato Variety‘Yunshu 304’

Abstract:Taking‘Yunshu 304’as test material,this paper studied the effects of 2 soil amendments(compound trichoderma and Alger)on potato shelf life,potato chips exterior quality and nutritional quality.The result showed that compound trichoderma treatment could effectively prolong the shelf life of‘Yunshu 304’,improve and maintain the exterior quality of potato chips during storage.The 2 soil amendment treatments had little influence on the nutritional contents of‘Yunshu 304’before and after storage.However the zinc content after storage for 103 days was slightly increased compared with that of the contrast.
