Abstract：The solanaceous fruit vegetable mainly include tomato，eggplant and pepper，which is an important part of vegetables of our country．The MYB transcription factors are one of the important transcription factors．This paper summarizes the identification and classification of the MYB transcription factors for the vegetable researchers in recent years，and summarized the regulation of MYB transcription factor on the synthesis of secondary metabolites such as anthocyanin and capsaicin，plant morphological development and biological or abiotic stress．To provide reference for the research of MYB transcription factors in solanaceous vegetables．
