Abstract：In order to clarify the practical application effect of black soldier fly sandworm in vegetable production，this paper adopted potted method；took non-adding black soldier fly sandworm as the contrast；and studied the effect of adding different proportions of black soldier fly sandworm on pakchoi growth，yield， quality，soil fertility and water-soluble salt content．The results showed when the applying amount of black soldier fly sandworm was 2.5% and 5.0%，as a whole could promote the growth and yield of pakchoi．The other treatment except the applying rate being 2.5%，all the contents of VC and soluble sugar were significantly lower than those of the contrast，while the nitrate content was significantly higher than that in the contrast．With the increase in application amount of black soldier fly sandworm，the soil pH showed a downward trend，and contents of organic matter，alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen，available phosphorus，available potassium and water-soluble salt showed an overall upward trend．To sum up，2.5% black soldier fly sandworm had the best applying effect on pakchoi under the conditions of this test．
