摘要: 全基因组关联分析(GWAS)是将基因型与可观测的性状(即表型)进行群体水平的统计学分析,通过统计量或P筛选出可以影响该性状的遗传变异因子,为揭示作物复杂农艺性状的遗传机理提供了研究思路。目前GWAS 已广泛应用于作物遗传育种,本文主要综述了GWAS 在辣椒农艺性状、品质性状及抗性方面的应用研究进展,并对存在的问题进行探讨及展望,以期为今后利用GWAS 进行辣椒农艺及品质性状遗传基础的研究及分子标记辅助育种提供理论依据和参考。

Abstract: A Genome-wide association study(GWAS)is a population-level statistical analysis of genotype and observable traits(i.e.,phenotypes),which provides research ideas for revealing the genetic mechanisms of complex agronomic traits in crops by screening the genetic variants that can affect the trait through statistical quantities or P-values.At present,GWAS has been widely used in crop genetics and breeding.This paper mainly expounds the application progress of GWAS in the agronomic traits quality and resistance of pepper;explores and prospects the existing problems.In order to provide a theoretical basis and reference for the future use of GWAS for the genetic basis of pepper agronomic and quality traits as well as molecular marker-assisted breeding.
