菜薹新品种玉田3号菜心的选育

A New Flowering Chinese Cabbage F1 Hybrid —‘Yutian No.3 caixin’

摘要: 玉田3号菜心是以Ogu CMS雄性不育系NKY018A1为母本,以自交系B-1-1-3为父本配制而成的晚熟菜薹(菜心)一代杂种。播种至采收春茬50~52 d(天)、秋茬52~54 d(天),株型直立,薹叶柳叶形、墨绿色,花球大,主薹粗壮,肉质紧实、匀称;主薹高约28.3 cm,横径约2.7 cm,单株主薹质量约0.112 kg,每667 m2 春茬产量约1 300 kg,秋茬产量约1 600 kg;VC 含量318.0 mg·kg-1,可溶性糖含量19.1 g·kg-1,中抗霜霉病,耐寒性强,适宜广东地区种植,珠江三角洲适播期为10月至12月中旬。

Abstract: ‘Yutian No.3 caixin’is a new first-generation hybrid and late-maturing flowering Chinese cabbage,which is produced by using the male sterile line‘NKY018A1’of the Ogu CMS as the female parent and the inbred line‘B-1-1-3’as the male parent.From sowing to harvest,the spring crop takes 50-52 days and the autumn crop takes 52-54 days.It is an erect crop with a spiky leaf shape,dark green leaves,large flower heads,thick stems,and firm,symmetrical flesh.Its main stem is about 28.3 cm in high,and 2.7 cm in diameter.The weight of a single main stem is about 0.112 kg.The yield is about 19.5 t·hm-2 for spring crops,and 24.0 t·hm-2 for autumn crops.Its VC content is 318.0 mg·kg-1,and soluble sugar content is 19.1 g·kg-1.It is resistant to downy mildew and has strong cold resistance,which is suitable for planting in Guangdong.The suitable sowing time in the Pearl River Delta is from October to mid-December.
