Abstract：Facility vegetable industry is a characteristic and advantageous industry of Hebei Province，playing an important role in ensuring the year-round supply of vegetables for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and promoting farmers’income increase．In recent years，Hebei Province has strengthened scientific and technological support，achieving rapid development of facility vegetables through technical measures such as breeding new varieties，soil remediation，water-saving production，and brand building．However，it still faces challenges such as severe product homogenization，low efficiency in production and marketing linkage，frequent natural disasters，and pest outbreaks．There is still a need to follow the laws of industrial development and market demand，using technological innovation as the driving force to promote the highquality development of the facility vegetable industry．
