Abstract：Using cultivation with solar-shading screen cover,we studied the effect of solar-shading screen cover on the quality of wettish-cultivated water dropwort〔Oenanthe stolonifera(Roxb)Wall.〕.The results showed that the contents of VC,soluble protein,carotenoid,manitol,and total flavone of leaflets were significantly decreased,but the chlorophyll content was significantly increased.The contents of crude fiber of petiole were significantly lower than the contrast,but contents of the total dietary fiber was basically the same as the contrast,the contents of soluble dietary fiber was significantly higer than the contrast.
