摘要: 综述了番茄果实成熟过程中色泽变化的机理,以及环境条件和植物激素对番茄果实成熟过程中色泽变化的影响,并展望了今后的研究重点和方向。

Abstract: Abstract:The paper expounds the mechanism of color change,the effect of environment condition and plant hormones on color change during tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)fruit ripening.It also prospects the research emphasis and direction in the near future.
