多毛番茄LYC4对灰霉病的抗性鉴定

Evaluation of Lycopersicon hirdutum LYC4 for Resistance to Tomato Gray Mold

摘要: 采用孢子悬浮液接种法,鉴定了多毛番茄LYC4叶、茎、果实对灰霉病菌的抗性。结果表明:多毛番茄LYC4整株接种的病情指数为0,离体叶接种的发病率为0;离体茎接种的相对茎侵染率为0,相对茎腐扩展速率为0;离体果实接种的相对病斑扩展速率为5.7 %。多毛番茄LYC4叶、茎、果实3个部位接种均表现高抗,是1份优秀的灰霉病抗源材料。

Abstract: The resistance of Lycopersicon hidutum LYC4 to Botrytis cinerea was evaluated by inoculating spore suspension to seedlings,and leaf,stem,fruit segments.The results showed that the disease index was 0 in both seedlings and detached-leaves,the relative stem infection rate and fruit rot expansion rate were 0 and 5.7 %,respectively.For this reason,the L. hirdutum LYC4 is considered to be highly resistant to tomato gray mold.
