Abstract:Abstract Taking two varieties of broccoli‘Qingfeng 103’and‘Luxiu’as materials,we adopted different 5azaC treatments on them at young seedling stage,tested the influence of DNA demethylation on vernalization and C/N during vernalization in broccoli.The results showed that the 5-azaC spraying treatment could promote vernalization and shorten flower-bud differentiation stage,and its ratio of total sugar to total nitrogen,soluble sugar to soluble protein,sucrose to soluble protein were higher than the root fertilizing treatment,CK-W and CK-T.
