亲和病原菌诱导黄瓜产生交互保护作用的研究

摘要: 采用诱导接种和挑战接种,探讨通过黄瓜细菌性角斑病菌诱导后,黄瓜对霜霉病和角斑病的交互保护作用。结果表明,黄瓜植株经角斑病菌诱导接种后可以产生对霜霉病、角斑病的交互保护作用,对霜霉病的交互保护防效最高可达97.14 %,对角斑病的防效可达59.08 %。同时经亲和病原菌诱导后,寄主叶片中有大量木质素沉积,富含羟脯氨酸糖蛋白(HRGP)含量提高,增强了寄主的抗病性。亲和病原菌可以诱导寄主产生广谱抗病性,不仅对该病原菌引起的病害,而且可以对其他病原菌引起的病害产生交互保护作用,并且诱导的交互保护作用与诱导间隔期有关。

Abstract: The cross-protection of cucumber leaves to cucumber downy mildew and angular leaf spot was determined after inoculation with Pseudomonas syringae pv.lachrymans.The results showed that the relative control effect to cucumber downy mildew could amount to 97.14 %,and it was 59.04 % for angular leaf spot.The content of lignin and hydroxyproline-rich glycoprotein(HRGP)increased significantly,and peaked after inoculation for 48 hours.It might enhance the resistance of cucumber.The results also suggested that broadspectrum resistance to different diseases was expressed by pathogen.
