Abstract：Currently major or new varieties of spring Chinese cabbage were selected in production test in early spring of 2006 and 2007.The results showed that eight varieties‘Chunhuang’,‘Jujin’,‘Yangchun’,‘Qiangshi’,‘Sanbao’,‘Quansheng’,‘07-Y17’and‘Chunzhenbai No.6’had excellent performance.Safe production of spring Chinese cabbage could be realized in areas near Jinan by direct seeding with plasticfilm mulching.
