Abstract：Fengmi No.6 is a new melon F1 hybrid developed by crossing two inbred lines 100 and 0061.The oval-shape fruit maturity needs 45 days after pollination,weighs about 1.56 kg in average with yellow rind.The flesh is 3.7 cm in thickness with orange color.The texture of the flesh is firm and turns soft and juicy after ripened.The soluble solid content is about 16 %.The yield is about 33 t·hm-2.It is suitable for greenhouse cultivation in spring and autumn in Guangxi.
