Abstract：The potato cultivar Longshu No.3,which is sensitive to Agrobacterium tumefaciens,was used as the transformation receptor.The regeneration and transformation systems via Agrobacterium tumefaciens were studied.For stem callus induction,the optimal medium was MS+6-BA 2.5 mg·L-1+NAA 0.5 mg·L-1+GA3 5.0 mg·L-1+2,4-D 1.0 mg·L-1,and the optimal medium for differentiation was MS+6-BA 3.5 mg·L-1+NAA 1.0 mg·L-1+GA3 10.0 mg·L-1.For mini-tuber chip,the optimal regeneration medium was MS+ZT 2.0 mg·L-1+IAA 1.0 mg·L-1.The ...
