摘要:

对43个芥蓝基因型硫代葡萄糖苷组分与含量进行了分析,共检测出5种脂肪族硫苷(2-羟基-3-丁烯基硫苷、2-丙烯基硫苷、4-甲基亚磺酰丁基硫苷、4-戊烯基硫苷和3-丁烯基硫苷)和4种吲哚族硫苷(4-羟基吲哚-3-甲基硫苷、吲哚-3-甲基硫苷、4-甲氧基吲哚-3-甲基硫苷和1-甲氧基吲哚

-3-甲基硫苷),其中3-丁烯基硫苷为主要硫苷。总硫苷含量范围在3.369 5~21.337 8 mg•g-1(DW)之间,总脂肪族硫苷含量范围在1.539 7~17.264 5 mg•g-1(DW)之间,总吲哚族硫苷含量范围在0.797 6~9.590 0 mg•g-1(DW)之间。

Abstract:

The composition and content of glucosinolates(GSs)among 43 genotypes of Chinese kale(B.alboglabra Bailey)were analyzed,including five aliphatic GSs(2-hydroxybut-3-enyl GS,2-propenyl GS,4-methylsulfinylbutyl GS,4-pentenyl GS and 3-butenyl GS)and four indolyl GSs(4-hydroxyindol-3-ylmethyl GS,indol-3-ylmethyl GS,4-methoxyindol-3-ylmethyl GS and neoindol-3-ylmethyl GS).The main individual GS was 3-butenyl GS.The contents of total GSs,total aliphatic GSs and total indolyl GSs ranged from 3.369 5-21.337 8 mg•g-1(DW),1.539 7-17.264 5 mg•g-1(DW),0.797 6-9.590 0 mg•g-1(DW).
