Abstract：After stopping cold storage in different time,the characteristic of clove bud growth of garlic Songchengdasuan were observed.The results showed that the clove bud growth rate was associated with both starting time and stopping time of cold storage.On the same time of stopping cold storage,clove bud which started cold storage earlier had lower growth rate.On the same time of starting cold storage,clove bud which stopped cold storage later had more rapid growth rate.
