Abstract：Salicylic acid(SA)at different concentrations were tested to evaluate the effects on spore germination and mycelian growth of yardlongbean fusarium wilt,disease percentage,activities of chitinase and β-1,3-glucosanase in susceptible seedlings after challenge inoculation.The results indicated that compared to the control,SA had significant inhibition to the spore germination at the concentration of over 1.0 mmol·L -1.The inhibition intensified with the increase of concentration at the range of 1.0-10.0 mmol·...
